Meet Harris Landowski
- Grew up in South Florida, Pine Crest educated
- Attended in the 90s:
- Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, studied piano performance and electronic music
- The University of North Texas in Denton, TX (one of the top jazz schools, known when mentioned to insiders) studied jazz performance and classical studies
- The University of North Florida in Jax, FL studied jazz arranging
- Teaching since 1995, had private students (one on one) since then, in addition:
- Worked 10 years with to 5-year-olds at Montessori schools
- Worked 3 years with wife's school, ran the whole music program one year, taught groups of 12 kids with keyboards other years
- Done music therapy with elderly students for years, including for Dupuytren's contracture
- Worked extensively with special needs (whatever the current PC word is)
- Played numerous gigs at dinner parties and charity events
- Played/planned the Christmas / End of the Year shows at the above schools for 14 years
- Worked with Elite for 15 years
- Gotten numerous teens into hard-to-get-into music schools, some with scholarships
- Arranged numerous songs for a wide array of instrumentations
- Given lessons on drums and music technology
Harris has also built computers for 20 years, enjoys building and flying racing drones that go over 100mph with real-time view goggles, and loves cats and dogs more than people.
Harlan Kilstein is the manager of the website. He has become an intermediate piano student who is passionate about playing his favorite classic rock music on his keyboard.
